Registered Manager Award-Winning Childrens Residential Care ?? Nuneaton, North Warwickshire ?? Full-time | Permanent ?? Salary: £55,000 ?? Bonus:
Up to £6,500 (including £5,000 joining bonus) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new childrens residential home in North Warwickshire.

This role offers the chance to shape a service from the ground up, embed therapeutic practice at its core, and be part of a values-led organisation committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

The Role As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, quality, and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance. You will:
Lead and develop a childrens home in line with therapeutic values and Ofsted regulations Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, compassionate staff team Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive Ensure consistently high standards of safeguarding, care planning, and quality assurance Contribute to the wider development and growth of the organisation as part of a collaborative leadership community About You You are a confident, values-driven leader with a strong background in childrens residential care.

You will have:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in childrens residential care Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards) Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches A genuine commitment to child-centred practice The ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
