Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (2-Bed)

Nottingham

Salary: £65,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed children’s residential home in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to make a real difference in the lives of young people, while being supported by a strong organisation that values quality, compliance, and staff development.

As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. You will lead, develop, and inspire your team to provide outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

• Register with Ofsted and maintain a minimum rating of “Good”
• Provide strong, consistent leadership to the staff team
• Ensure high-quality, child-centred care is delivered at all times
• Manage safeguarding, risk, and behaviour support effectively
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and company requirements
• Build positive relationships with placing authorities, professionals, and families

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
