Are you a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with joinery or fit-out experience, looking to join a well-established manufacturer that will support your progression into a senior role?

On offer is the opportunity to become a key member of a growing project delivery team. You will work closely with senior project managers, designers, and production teams, gaining responsibility across high-quality joinery manufacture and installation projects while being supported with clear training and long-term career development.

This company is a long-established UK joinery manufacturer, delivering bespoke solutions across the retail, commercial, and residential sectors. Working closely with end clients, design studios, and contractors. The business has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and attention to detail.

This role would suit a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with joinery or fit-out experience, looking to develop their career within a stable and supportive environment.

The Role:

• Support and manage the delivery of manufactured joinery projects from order through to installation
• Coordinate site installations and liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met
• Supervise installation teams on-site and remotely to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend site and client meetings to provide updates and resolve issues
• Assist with preparing method statements and risk assessments in line with current health and safety requirements
• Work closely with design, estimating, and production teams to meet budgets and timelines
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and delivery
• Assist with cost control, variations, and snagging to ensure high-quality project completion

The Person:

• Experience in project management within joinery, fit-out, or construction environments
• Full UK driving licence
