As a Commission Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, acting as the key client interface and ensuring objectives are met through value-driven cost management.

• Financial & budget management
• Feasibility cost planning and design appraisals
• Procurement, tendering, and contract documentation
• Risk management and value engineering
• Post-contract cost control: valuations, final accounts, claims resolution
• Performance appraisal and contractor close-out
• Supporting internal business initiatives and product development

• Proven consultancy experience in cost management
• RICS membership (or working towards it)
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage commissions of varying size and complexity
