To oversee and manage all operational deliveries across all national locations, to manage all site / supervisors across all work streams within social housing sector, Retrofit, Energy Efficiency, Renewable energy term contracts. Also to manage whole house retrofit contracts in line with PAS
2030 / 2035. To manage delivery of all services and high levels of commercial control and customer / client satisfaction.

• Manage Senior Site Managers / Site Managers to ensure contract compliance across all work streams and business activities.
• Train, develop, and guide senior site managers, site managers & junior project managers.
• Build and maintain a first‑class customer experience across all engagements.
• Support department managers and direct reports.
• Continuously improve and apply CCS business / quality processes in service delivery.
• Manage end-to-end processes for works, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Arrange, manage, and enforce meeting schedules and action plans.
• Develop and deliver training on commercial awareness, forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Improve client reporting, WIP, IT interfaces, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Organise and host client meetings and briefings.
