Branch Manager - Nottingham
37,500 + 10% Profit Share (OTE £48,000)
Are you an experienced leader from the automotive world looking for your next challenge? This Branch Manager role offers autonomy, progression, and the chance to shape the success of a busy, well‑established site.
You’ll be joining a respected, long‑running automotive business that prides itself on developing its people. As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure customers receive a first‑class experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your decisions genuinely influence performance and customer satisfaction.
Working Hours- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
- Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
- No Sundays or Bank Holidays
- £37,500 basic salary (flexible depending on experience)
- 10% profit share bonus – realistic OTE around £48,000

- Oversee the daily running of the service desk and workshop
- Lead, support, and motivate both the workshop and front‑of‑house teams
- Allocate workloads to technicians and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor workshop performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, costs, and authorisations
- Manage parts ordering and stock control within the system
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence
- Experience in an automotive workshop environment, ideally in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident IT skills and the ability to manage admin processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Understanding of workshop health & safety requirements
