Overview
Team Leader role at Manuele Praktijk Open Hart. Permanent position based in Nottingham, 37 hours per week. Salary: £28,731 – £31,545 (FTE).
Responsibilities- Including service development and delivery; staff management; other resource management Financial and Physical as appropriate
- To assist the Service Manager in managing the service so it achieves and maintains satisfactory performance and meets contractual requirements
- To induct, supervise, develop, motivate, lead and appraise staff within the service
- Manage the performance of delegated workers in their service including conduct, capability and absence
- To ensure the service is managed safely and all policies and procedures are followed
- To attend and chair meetings both internal and external when requested by service manager
- To complete monitoring for the service when requested by service manager
- To be involved in promoting the service
- Contribute to organisational learning and development when required
- To support the Service Manager to respond to complaints in an appropriate timeframe and follow relevant procedures
- To assist the Service Manager and Human Resources with the recruitment of staff for the service
