Overview

Team Leader role at Manuele Praktijk Open Hart. Permanent position based in Nottingham, 37 hours per week. Salary: £28,731 – £31,545 (FTE).

• Including service development and delivery; staff management; other resource management Financial and Physical as appropriate
• To assist the Service Manager in managing the service so it achieves and maintains satisfactory performance and meets contractual requirements
• To induct, supervise, develop, motivate, lead and appraise staff within the service
• Manage the performance of delegated workers in their service including conduct, capability and absence
• To ensure the service is managed safely and all policies and procedures are followed
• To attend and chair meetings both internal and external when requested by service manager
• To complete monitoring for the service when requested by service manager
• To be involved in promoting the service
• Contribute to organisational learning and development when required
• To support the Service Manager to respond to complaints in an appropriate timeframe and follow relevant procedures
• To assist the Service Manager and Human Resources with the recruitment of staff for the service
