Lambert Smith Hampton is a leading commercial real estate consultancy with offices across the UK and Ireland. We provide valuation services to investors, developers and occupiers in both the public and private sector, helping our clients understand the true value of their assets.

Nottingham, United Kingdom.

This role will be based in the established Nottingham office, working within our valuation team to cover a range of property types across the East Midlands region – including mainstream commercial (industrial, office, retail), development sites, residential investments and public sector projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, motivated individual to join a social team environment with a positive culture that supports career progression.

• RICS Registered Valuers with Commercial Property Valuation experience.
• Surveyors looking to move up to Senior Surveyor or Associate Director (depending on experience).
• Current Associate Directors with Commercial Valuation experience.
• Individuals passionate about property, buildings and construction.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and driven to develop professionally.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Personable, professional and presentable.
• Confident in your work and the decisions you make.
