HGV Trailer Technician

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled HGV Trailer Technician to join their busy operation in Nottingham. • Competitive basic salary of approximately £50,000, with overtime available
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Service, repair, and maintain various trailers, including tail lifts and curtain siders
• Carry out fault diagnosis and efficiently complete necessary repairs
• Prepare trailers for MOT inspections in accordance with legal requirements
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and report any defects or issues promptly

• Proven experience as an HGV Trailer Technician or similar role is essential
• Strong knowledge of trailer repairs, tail lifts, and curtain siders
• Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification preferred
• HGV driving licence is desirable but not essential
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
