Join our team in Nottingham as part of our UK Solutions business. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while earning a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualification.

Responsibilities- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Perform mechanical repairs, including welding and fabrication.
- Diagnose faults using electrical drawings and testing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to PPE requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Precision work with a keen eye.
- Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn.
- Technically minded with good hand skills and patience to master new techniques.
- Team‑oriented and confident working independently when required.
- First year: full‑time study at the University of Sheffield AMRC Training Centre, returning to the workplace one Friday per month.
- After the initial block: one day a week at the AMRC Training Centre for knowledge‑based training, remaining four days on‑site.
- Based in Nottingham following the initial study block.
- Starting salary £15,348, with annual increases based on academic and placement performance.

- 5 GCSEs, including: GCSE English Language Grade C/4 or above, GCSE Maths Grade C/4 or above.
- Successful completion of assessments at the AMRC Training Centre and internal recruitment process.
