Location: Nottingham Two, Nottingham

Salary: £26,227.50

Hours: Average of 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, ([8am to 8pm])

As a Caretaker at Student Roost, you are involved in all aspects of building maintenance, from carrying out small repairs to escorting third‑party contractors to any issues within your building. You will alsoastered lead on compliance checks with your keen eye for detail and precise reporting skills. greater just as you care for our buildings and the people within them, we’ll take care of you.

• Organised and detail‑oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with following process, with a dedication to Health and Safety.
• Resilient, with the ability to get stuck in with messy jobs such as drain blockages and bin store management.
• Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet.
• Electrical training will be provided; however, any additional maintenance qualifications are welcomed, but not essential.
