Inventory Coordinator

12‑month Fixed Term Contract | UK

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage inventory to meet operational demand, cost, and stock‑turn targets
  • Support ERP administration to ensure accurate inventory data and invoicing
  • Place replenishment orders for consigned stock locations across the UK
  • Produce and analyse inventory and shipping reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Create and maintain item master data, including new product set‑up and price updates
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory visibility and availability
  • Assist with perpetual inventory checks and periodic stock counts (limited UK travel)
  • Resolve inventory, shipping, and invoice queries in collaboration with internal teams
Qualifications
  • Experience in inventory control, supply chain, or logistics coordination
  • Strong ERP and data management skills
  • High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
  • Confident communicator able to work cross‑functionally
  • Proactive, structured, and improvement‑focused
