Following continued expansion and new business wins, the firm is now seeking to recruit a Senior Family Paralegal to join its highly regarded family law team based in Nottingham. The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and includes hybrid working.Position:The successful candidate will work closely with a senior fee earner and the Head of Department, providing high-level support on a varied and complex caseload of private family law matters.

The work will primarily focus on complex and high-net-worth cases, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings, relationship breakdowns involving substantial assets, private children matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, family business interests, domestic abuse claims, and cohabitation agreements and disputes.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support throughout the lifecycle of each matter, assisting with case progression, managing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and supporting the wider department as required.
