Senior Associate - Tax & Share

Overview

Our Tax & Share Incentives team is recognised in Chambers and Legal 500, and currently comprises a team of nine, including two Partners. We're seeking a talented Associate to join the team and work with a broad range of clients across the private, public and third sectors, with clients ranging from individuals to multi-national corporates and large public sector bodies. • Corporate tax, including tax legal support on share and asset sales and purchases
• Employee share incentives and employment tax, including legal drafting and technical advice
• Advice on real estate tax issues, including SDLT (technical advice and compliance) and VAT
• Providing support and advice on various other tax issues as they arise, including stamp duty

• Proactive engagement in business development initiatives
• Strong organisational skills to effectively manage workload
• A detail-oriented approach paired with a practical, commercial mindset to deliver effective solutions
