We’re looking for an ambitious Employment Paralegal to join a growing employment team and gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of high‑quality employment law matters.

This role offers flexibility to work across multiple offices, with a primary base in one location, and exposure to both advisory and contentious work. false intros? The Role

You’ll support experienced solicitors while developing the confidence to manage elements of your own caseload. Your work will include:

• Advising on employee relations matters, contracts, and workplace policies
• Supporting disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies, and restructures
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting ET3 responses
• Conducting legal research and drafting advice notes
• Preparing hearing bundles, managing files, and handling key administrative tasks
• Attending client meetings, taking notes, and helping to build lasting client relationships
