• Advising clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate matters.
• Providing practical guidance on personal tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
• Collaborating with property and corporate tax colleagues to offer integrated solutions.
• Supporting related practice areas, including professional indemnity matters, as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5+ PQE with experience drafting wills, trusts, and related private client documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A detail‑oriented approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A flexible and proactive attitude, willing to contribute to business development activities.
