As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re seeking a highly experienced
** Senior Conveyancing Solicitor
** to lead our Residential Conveyancing team based in Nottingham. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise, a client-focused approach, and the ability to inspire and manage a team of legal professionals.## Responsibilities of this role
* Lead and manage the Residential Conveyancing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to junior solicitors and conveyancers
* Handle a caseload of complex and high-value residential property matters from instruction to completion
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including Lexcel and CQS
* Drive performance and productivity across the team while maintaining exceptional client service standards
* Collaborate with other senior staff and partners to support strategic objectives and business development opportunities
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, referrers, and other stakeholders## Skills, experience and attributes
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven leadership and team management experience in a legal environment
* Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to growing the team’s client base and enhancing service delivery## What we offer
