Marketing Campaign Manager | User Growth Specialist The Mission:Aggressive Acquisition
Unistreet is ready to explode, and we need a Growth Architect to light the fuse. We don’t want “brand awareness”; we want users
. Your job is to penetrate Student Unions, negotiate high-impact brand partnerships, and build then execute campaigns that result in a flood of new sign-ups.
This is a high-pressure, high-reward role. You are responsible for the most important metric in the company:

From Manager to Head of Growth
We are hiring for the future. Prove you can scale our user base aggressively during your probation, and we’ll bump your base to £45k
. Prove you can build a sustainable growth engine, and the path to Head of Growth or CMO is yours to take.
- The Union Offensive: Build and maintain fantastic relationships with Student Unions across the UK.
- Brand Synergy: Work with our sales team to turn brand partners into acquisition channels. If a brand signs with us, they should be driving users to us.
- Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and track end-to-end marketing campaigns that have one goal:
Conversion. - Data Obsession: Monitor CAC (Cost Per Acquisition) and LTV (Lifetime Value). If a channel isn't performing, kill it. If it is, pour fuel on it.
- Growth Obsessed: You don't care about “likes.” You care about sign-ups and active users.
- Master Negotiator: You can walk into a Student Union and convince them why Unistreet is the only partner they need.
- Creative Scrappiness: You know how to make a £1,000 budget look like £10,000. You find the loopholes and the “unfair advantages.”
- Analytical Mind: You can read a spreadsheet as well as you can write a caption. You make decisions based on data, not feelings.

- The Strategy: Give us a 3-point bulleted plan on how you would acquire 10,000 new student users in 30 days with a £5,000 budget. Be specific.
- The Proof: Tell us about a campaign you ran where the primary KPI was User Growth
. What were the numbers before and after? - The “Stand Out”: Attach a 60-second video or a 1-page visual “pitch deck” selling yourself as the person to take Unistreet to the masses.
Note: We don't want a “Marketer.” We want a Growth Killer. If your email doesn't grab our attention in the first 5 seconds, you've already failed.
