The RoleAs Systems & Innovation Manager, you’ll lead a small, multi‑skilled team (Developer, BI Analyst, Systems Support) and act as the bridge between business teams and IT. You’ll oversee the development, integration, and optimisation of our core systems, ensuring they evolve with the needs of the organisation.
I am looking for someone who can pick up a blend of systems development, data work, automation, integration and business improvement initiatives. With several key projects already in motion, my client is keen to bring someone in who can hit the ground running and help shape the future of our digital journey.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading on system development, configuration, workflows and optimisation
- Delivering automation and integrations using SQL, Power Automate, and APIs
- Enhancing and maintaining the data warehouse and reporting infrastructure
- Driving business improvement by reviewing and re‑engineering processes
- Supporting teams across the organisation to get the best from systems
- Playing a key role in several ongoing projects
- Working cross‑functionally as the link between ICT, Insight, and service teams
- Data warehousing understanding
- API integration and automation experience
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Housing Management / repairs / finance System Experience
Someone confident, customer‑facing, and persistent will stand out. You’ll need to be someone who builds relationships easily, follows things through and enjoys working across multiple teams.
- Salary: £55,100 + 3.8% increase in April
