What you’ll do- Lead the Cyber Security/Prevent team in Logging & Monitoring, supporting security tools and driving platform optimization across Vodafone Group and local markets.
- Oversee platform configuration, development, and optimization.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple squads.
- Work closely with Product owner to prioritise and maintain backlog.
- Evaluate and implement new design methods to reduce cyber risks.
- Provide technical expertise and decision making on strategies like Tooling cluster, patching & monitoring.
- Lead a team of Devsecops Engineers.
- Drive automation to improve maintainability and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Hands‑on experience with Elastic Stack, Kubernetes, Cloud (GCP preferred), CI/CD pipelines, Git, Dev Ops practices, automation tools, and Linux environment
You bring a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset, with experience in:
- Working with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats)
- Python development for automation and data processing
- Managing Kubernetes operations and containerised environments
- Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Leveraging cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure)
- Utilising Big Query or similar cloud‑based data technologies
- Performing cybersecurity data analysis and mapping
- Engaging effectively with stakeholders across teams
- Cyber Security, SIEM/SOAR, On‑premises infrastructure, Machine Learning/AI, SAFe Agile

What's in it for youYearly bonus: 10%
Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year

Maternity leave: 52 weeks: the first 13 weeks are fully paid, followed by 26 weeks of half pay
