IT Trainer 3-month FTC – Nottingham / Hybrid

£35,000 – £42,000 DOE + Benefits

A growing professional services firm is hiring an experienced IT Trainer to support the design, development, and delivery of in-house training solutions. This brand‑new role will work closely with Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project‑specific training. This role requires two days per week in their central Nottingham office.

• Deliver IT Training strategy and materials across multiple formats
• Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
• Support users post-implementation during system changes
• Administer and track training activities

• Prior IT Training experience (legal sector preferential)
• Knowledge of complex systems and multiple software apps
• Passion for L&D and strong technical communication skills
• Training certifications (desirable)

• Flexible 35‑hour week, 25 days holiday (+ buy/sell), 5% pension
