As our Alternatives Data Lead, you will own the Private Market data model and architecture best practices, acting as the critical link between management consulting teams and technical delivery units. You will spearhead vendor technical designs, blueprint integration frameworks, and manage an extensive system connector inventory—ensuring seamless data integration and migration that drives impactful business decisions.

• Own and evolve the private market data model with a deep understanding of data lineage and architecture design principles.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design robust integration frameworks and support enterprise performance management solutions.
• Support business growth by translating complex requirements into technical solutions and contributing to sales engagements.
• Oversee scoping and design of scalable data migration initiatives.

• Proven experience in data modelling, data architecture, or data management within consulting or technology contexts.
• Hands‑on experience with system integration planning and managing connector/API inventories.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, BI tools, and data lineage methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in scoping and designing complex data migrations and integrations (coding not required).
• A sales‑minded approach with experience supporting technical sales processes.

• Experience with BPM/EPM solutions.
