A leading consultancy organisation is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer in Salisbury to join their End User Services team. The ideal candidate will resolve incidents, complete user requests, and deliver project tasks while working with Service Desk and Level 3 teams. Essential skills include experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Intune, knowledge of desktop hardware, and familiarity with networking concepts.
This role is on-site five days a week with a competitive salary band of £31,000 to £33,000.
