As a User Researcher / UX Research & Innovation Specialist
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping accessible, user‑centred digital services. You’ll analyse user needs, evaluate task flows, and deliver actionable insights that drive intuitive and inclusive design solutions.

You’ll be recognised as a subject matter expert, influencing key decisions and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑impact outcomes.

• Conduct in-depth user interviews
  , research studies, and usability testing
• Create user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
• Translate complex user needs into clear, evidence‑based insights
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and technical teams
• Lead research planning and manage stakeholder engagement
• Drive iteration cycles based on user feedback and testing outcomes
• Contribute to strategic decisions across multiple teams
• Stay ahead of UX research trends and best practices
• Proven Government / Public Sector experience
• Expert proficiency in User Research
• Strong experience in Customer Experience (CX) Design
• Solid expertise in Usability Design & Testing
• Experience working with or researching vulnerable citizens (highly desirable)
• Ability to operate as a subject matter expert and influence senior stakeholders
