Client Support Advisor

Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful Digital software industry business based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced/motivated Client support Advisor to join the team. where you will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for clients, and play a key part in offering solutions that align with the company's services and products.

• Respond promptly to client inquires via phone, email or chat
• Actively listen to clients needs and concerns
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with clients to make sure their issues are resolved
• Maintain detail records of clients interactions through the CRM systems.

• Previous experience in a customer service or client support role
• Experience supporting SaaS IoT products
• Experience with in the fire industry
• Experience using CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
