Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful Digital software industry business based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced/motivated Client support Advisor to join the team. where you will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for clients, and play a key part in offering solutions that align with the company's services and products.
Keyresponsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquires via phone, email or chat
- Actively listen to clients needs and concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to make sure their issues are resolved
- Maintain detail records of clients interactions through the CRM systems.
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role
- Experience supporting SaaS IoT products
- Experience with in the fire industry
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Monday - Friday
- Room for progression
- On-site parking
- Modern office
- Casual dress code
