MI/BI Analyst | Nottingham | Hybrid | £32.5-37.5k + Benefits

We are working with a not-for-profit organisation that is looking for a talented BI/MI Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable intelligence to support decision-making across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BI/MI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

Utilise SSRS to create, deploy, and manage reports, with a transition to Power BI underway.

Analyse trends and performance metrics to support strategic planning.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.

Support the continuous improvement of data processes and systems.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a BI/MI Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Passion for using data to drive positive change.
