Information Technology Services Specialist

Are you passionate about hands‑on IT support and looking to grow your technical career? We’re searching for a IT Site Services Specialist to join our Nottingham office and provide exceptional technical support across our UK operations.

In this broad-ranging onsite role, you'll take ownership of imaging and configuring desktops and laptops, supporting both local and remote colleagues, and ensuring our users receive a seamless and reliable IT experience. You’ll work Monday–Friday within standard office hours, with plenty of autonomy to make a real impact.

• Install, configure, test and decommission hardware and software
• Resolve incidents and service requests—capturing, categorising, and progressing them efficiently
• Investigate problems and assist in implementing long-term fixes
• Support routine IT infrastructure operations and maintenance
• Maintain an accurate asset register and produce associated reports
• Assist with software configuration, testing and troubleshooting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes and standards
• Be involved in projects across the wider IT organisation

• Experience in systems support, PC/user support, and LAN administration
• At least a basic knowledge of Intel‑based hardware, Windows operating systems and IP networking principles
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and a passion for learning
• A self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the IT field
