We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Field‑Based Digital Support Technician located in the Nottingham area who is ready to make a difference!

Your responsibilities will include providing essential technical support for on‑site digital and classic advertising assets.

Your role will be vital in identifying and resolving technical digital issues, ensuring operational efficiency, and optimising the performance of digital equipment and systems. You will also be responsible for posting and repairing classic postings while supporting various field‑related tasks.

• Experience in field support and managing on‑site technical tasks
• Strong computer skills with a solid understanding of hardware and software
• Expertise in delivering technical support and effectively resolving client issues
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems
• Ability to conduct computer repairs and maintain devices in excellent operating condition
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
• Proactive problem‑solving and time‑management abilities
• Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
• Ability to post classic advertising panels in Motorway Service Areas (MSA’s)
• A valid driver’s license is required for field‑related travel
