Hybrid IT Service Transition Lead

A leading consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Service Transition Manager to oversee service design and transition processes within a highly complex IT environment. The successful candidate will ensure operational acceptance, as well as facilitate project transitions into business-as-usual support. This role requires strong ITIL knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of change delivery methods such as Waterfall and Agile.
