We are seeking an experienced UX Designer for a 6-month contract to support the delivery of high-quality digital products across a range of platforms.
This role requires a strong all-rounder - someone confident running stakeholder workshops, managing client relationships, and getting hands‑on with design execution. You'll be comfortable balancing discovery, prototyping, and delivery in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Product Design & Delivery- Design visually engaging, user‑centred interfaces that balance usability, accessibility, and business objectives
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant digital experiences
- Deliver high-quality outputs across multiple platforms
- Facilitate discovery workshops with clients and internal stakeholders
- Gather, interpret, and challenge requirements to shape effective solutions
- Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to a positive, feedback‑driven and delivery‑focused team culture
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions
- Run design reviews and iterate based on research, testing, and feedback
- Work within an established design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Contribute to evolving standards and best practices
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (including WCAG)
- Advocate for inclusive and user‑first design principles
- 5+ years' experience in UX / Product / Service Design roles
- Strong track record delivering high-quality digital products across different sectors
- Experience running stakeholder workshops and working in client‑facing environments
- Ability to translate strategic ideas into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces
- Experience creating high‑fidelity prototypes
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Experience working with design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Figma, Fig Jam, and related design/prototyping tools
