UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer for a 6-month contract to support the delivery of high-quality digital products across a range of platforms.

This role requires a strong all-rounder - someone confident running stakeholder workshops, managing client relationships, and getting hands‑on with design execution. You'll be comfortable balancing discovery, prototyping, and delivery in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

• Design visually engaging, user‑centred interfaces that balance usability, accessibility, and business objectives
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant digital experiences
• Deliver high-quality outputs across multiple platforms

• Facilitate discovery workshops with clients and internal stakeholders
• Gather, interpret, and challenge requirements to shape effective solutions
• Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers throughout the product lifecycle
• Contribute to a positive, feedback‑driven and delivery‑focused team culture

• Create high‑fidelity prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions
• Run design reviews and iterate based on research, testing, and feedback

• Work within an established design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Contribute to evolving standards and best practices

• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (including WCAG)
• Advocate for inclusive and user‑first design principles

• 5+ years' experience in UX / Product / Service Design roles
• Strong track record delivering high-quality digital products across different sectors
• Experience running stakeholder workshops and working in client‑facing environments
• Ability to translate strategic ideas into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces
• Experience creating high‑fidelity prototypes
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Experience working with design systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Figma, Fig Jam, and related design/prototyping tools
