Lead DevOps Engineer

What You’ll Lead & Deliver

As a Lead Dev Ops Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on technical leader, guiding the design and implementation of modern Dev Ops and platform engineering practices:

o Automate full-stack infrastructureusing

Terraform,Cloud Formation, and Git Ops workflows.

o Lead the design of CI/CD pipelineswith

GitLab CI or Jenkinsto enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery.

o Champion Kubernetes-based platformsusing

Amazon EKSandIstio Service Meshto build scalable, service-oriented architectures.

o Drive observability and reliability engineeringthrough proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.

o Mentor and guide Dev Ops engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

o Collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, and product teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business goals.

o Evaluate and implement new technologiesto enhance platform capabilities and developer experience.

We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in:

oInfrastructure as Code:
Terraform, Cloud Formation

o Security best practices: IAM, KMS, encryption in transit/at rest, Dev Sec Ops

o Monitoring & observability:
Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar

What You Bring

o 6+ years in Dev Ops or platform engineering, with experience in a technical lead role.

o Proven experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms at scale.

o Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

o A passion for automation, developer enablement, and continuous delivery.

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

o Work onglobally impactful platformsused by financial institutions, governments, and enterprises.
