A leading medical equipment manufacturer in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Service Desk Apprentice to join their IT team. In this role, you will provide 1st line support for users, assist with the administration of online services such as Office 365, and manage IT hardware. You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Microsoft IT Support Technician Apprenticeship, receiving training and mentorship.

The position offers a starting salary of £18,000 and various employee benefits, including generous annual leave and pension schemes.
