- Take full ownership of the CX technology landscape
, shaping solutions from concept through delivery, always with an eye on maximizing business efficiency and productivity. - Oversee the CX application portfolio, driving global consistency and simplification while leveraging automation to replace manual processes.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, representing Technology and advancing our digital CX strategy.
- Build strong partnerships with system integrators, service providers, consultants, and vendors, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Inspire and develop your team, creating an environment where people grow and performance accelerates.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends
, translating them into scalable, practical solutions that drive CX forward. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure services are delivered to agreed standards (SLAs).
- Work across Oracle and Enterprise Application (OEA) teams to deliver seamless business outcomes.
- Manage the Oracle Growth portfolio, including service management and incident resolution.
- Drive technical solution decisions in partnership with the OIM team.
- Coordinate quarterly update testing with the Test Manager and KBUs.
- Support Oracle portfolio integrations with the Oracle Tech Enablement team.
- Develop SOPs and knowledge assets with the Orchestration team.
- Manage service communications with the End User Enablement team.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience as a CX application functional/technical SME or similar role.
- Proven record of service excellence and delivering scalable end-to-end solutions
. - Strong leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical issues in simple, actionable terms for diverse audiences.
- A track record of working effectively across global and culturally diverse teams
. - Hands-on background: 3–5 years in software development and Oracle CX configuration.
- Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, Cloud Engineering, and automated business process testing.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and CX integration.
- Professional certifications in project management, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL.
- Preferred: experience in delivering complex technical solutions in Finance, Projects, or HCM
.
