Product Business Analyst / Delivery Lead
Full time – 5 days / 35 hours per week. Based in the Nottingham office with a hybrid working policy.
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a fast-paced high growth PE-backed global software provider to deliver crucial support within the Product team.
Altia empowers government, public and private sector with actionable intelligence solutions to combat increasingly complex crimes. Specialising in crime reduction, we help make the world a safer place. We currently have around 90 employees supporting clients globally, including law enforcement, government departments, regulatory & tax authorities, and private sector customers.
Our solutions save time on investigations and reduce costs across criminal and civil investigations, fraud, incident management and other areas. Our team is focused on providing client support and ensuring our software delivers value for customers.
The role will be based at our Nottingham office and will involve working alongside the Head of Product. While we operate a hybrid policy, regular office attendance is expected after induction and training.
Note:
The successful candidate will be security vetted. You must have lived in the UK for continuous 3 years prior to employment and provide proof of address for the previous 5 years. If you do not meet this criterion, you may not pass initial screening as vetting is required for every Altia employee.
You will help analyse needs, define requirements, and support day-to-day product delivery. In specific situations, you may act as a proxy Product Owner to maintain clarity and momentum for the team. Full strategic product direction remains with Product Owners, but you will play a crucial role in enabling smooth execution.
Customer-facing communication is a significant part of this role, as you will work directly with customers to understand issues, validate requirements, and support positive outcomes within a live SaaS environment.
