We’re seeking an experienced IT Training team leader to provide operational leadership and strategic direction for our training function, whilst actively creating and delivering high-quality content.

• Lead and develop our IT training team, managing performance and ensuring quality delivery standards
• Drive adoption of innovative training tools including Learning Management Systems, digital platforms and blended learning approaches
• Design and deliver diverse training materials from ‘How To’ guides to eLearning modules and videos
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support successful technology adoption

• Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Understanding of legal technology including time recording, case and document management
• Ability to foster an inclusive learning environment that accommodates different learning styles and accessibility requirements
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas and enthuse others
