Senior Analytics Engineer

Location: Nottingham or London with one day per month in the office

Lead a small Analytics Engineering team and take ownership of how trusted, decision ready data is modelled and delivered across the business. You will shape modern analytics models in Databricks that help teams move faster with confidence.

• Own and build scalable analytics data models in Databricks
• Lead and support Analytics Engineers, setting technical direction
• Work closely with Data Engineering and Governance to improve data quality and trust
• Translate business priorities into clear, practical technical solutions

• Strong analytics focused data modelling experience
• Advanced SQL with Python or Py Spark
• Databricks or similar cloud data platform experience
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leadership, mentoring, or team ownership experience
• Regulated sector experience is helpful but not essential
