We have an exciting opportunity arise for a L3 Technical Analyst to be joining the L3 support team in managing our customers infrastructure providing technical expertise and recommendations to XMA’s Service Delivery Management teams to aid proposals for customer improvements; to achieve availability capacity continuity and functionality and security requirements.

Job Specification
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues across infrastructure applications and systems.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • Take ownership of user problems pro‑active when dealing with user issues.
  • Act as an escalation point for L1 and L2 support teams ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and implement long‑term solutions.
  • Maintain and improve system performance reliability and security.
  • Document processes, solutions and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical support or analyst role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS).
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of EUC/Modern workplace systems.
