Executive Public Sector Recruiter

A leading executive search firm, is seeking an Executive Public Sector Recruitment Consultant to join its busy and high performong team in the East Midlands . This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of the public sector recruitment market, focusing on both interim and permanent placements during a period of significant sector change.

The public sector is evolving rapidly, with organisations navigating new leadership structures, reforms, and increased demand for executive talent. This creates an exceptional opportunity for recruiters to make a meaningful impact, placing leaders who will shape the future of public services.

The successful candidate will work alongside some of the most accomplished executive public sector recruiters in the country, gaining invaluable experience and insights while contributing their own expertise. This role is also open to recruiters from other sectors who are looking to transition into public sector executive recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality executive search and recruitment solutions within the public sector

* Build and maintain strong client relationships across interim and permanent roles

* Source, assess, and place top-tier executive talent

* Work in a fast-paced, high-volume market, balancing multiple assignments simultaneously
