Up to 25 hours per week – flexible working pattern
FTC – 12 months
Nottingham (suited to candidates located near to Beeston, Chilwell, Toton, Bramcote, Wollaton, Long Eaton, Attenborough, and nearby areas)
Up to £40k FTE
This exciting opportunity has arisen to provide maternity cover in a flexible role, ideal for candidates seeking a strong work life balance. This is a hands‑on position within an SME environment, perfect for an experienced HR generalist. You will be the go‑to person for a wide range of HR matters across the site, a hands‑on flexible approach is a must!
Key experience required:- Strong ER background
- Standalone HR / SME experience
- Sound knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Payroll processing is an advantage
- End to end recruitment
- Process improvement experience
