Job Description Recruitment Consultant - Temps & Contracts (Finance & Accountancy)
Location: Camberley
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working, 4 days office working and 1-day WFH.
Ready to take ownership and grow your own desk?We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage our Temps and Contracts desk in the Finance & Accountancy sector. You'll join a small, supportive team of two consultants focused on permanent recruitment, giving you the chance to build on their successes while carving out your own path

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you'll be out meeting clients, doing drops, and building strong relationships across Camberley, Guildford, and surrounding areas. The desk already has some business flowing through it but the real opportunity lies in growing it into something big
