Key responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates
• Interviewing both on the telephone and face to face
• Face to face meeting - the role will involve some travel
• Interviewing both on the telephone and face to face
• Organising external interviews
• Ensuring you achieve monthly financial targets
• Working to some activity targets to ensure success
