Be part of the team that powers our growing national law firm. We’re investing in a dedicated Business Support Recruitment Manager to lead hiring across functions such as IT, Finance, BD & Marketing, Risk & Compliance and Facilities – ensuring the firm has the right people in the right roles at the right time.
What you’ll do
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment nationwide across our 13 offices – from workforce planning and attraction to selection, offer and onboarding.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and deliver high‑quality direct hiring through research, targeted sourcing campaigns, referrals and employer branding.
• Elevate the candidate and hiring‑manager experience; optimise Workday and data reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach interviewers and champion inclusive, fair, evidence‑based selection.
• Manage agency partners within agreed terms when needed, ensuring value, compliance and a great candidate journey.
What you’ll bring
• Proven success recruiting across business support disciplines (ideally in professional services or a complex, multi‑site organisation).
• Strong direct‑sourcing skills (e.g. Linked In Recruiter), market mapping and talent pooling.
• Confident stakeholder management up to senior leadership; able to influence, set expectations and deliver at pace.
• Process and data mindset; comfortable improving ATS workflows (Workday experience a plus).
• A genuine commitment to inclusive hiring and best‑practice selection.
