Resourcer; Construction Division

Due to expansion, my client is looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing construction team based in their state‑of‑the‑art office in Nottingham office. This position will be working in their new Industrial sector division.

• Interviewing and inducting candidates by telephone/ Video chat
• Resourcing talent pools for live vacancies
• Advertising on job boards/social media
• Ensuring workers are compliant
• Populating CRM with Candidates

• Previous experience preferable
• Comfortable working with Microsoft offices suites
• You must have the ability to work under pressure KPI Driven
• Ability to meet deadlines and hit targets
• Flexibility is a must
• Excellent communication skills essential
• Team player
• SALARY £20,000 - £24,999 P/A (DOE) + Benefits and Bonus
