Simply Cartons and Simply Luxe are part of a growing packaging group, delivering high-quality solutions for premium and luxury brands.

Both sites are based in Nottingham, UK, with a total workforce of around 200 employees, and are committed to innovation, quality, and a people-focused culture, offering an environment where HR can make a real impact.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in the UK.
- Oversee and coordinate all HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, disciplinary procedures, etc.).
- Manage a small HR team: 1 HR Adviser and 1 part-time Payroll Specialist.
- Support managers in building engagement, developing teams, promoting company culture, and reviewing team structures to create effective and high-performing organizations.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best HR practices.
- Contribute to Group HR projects and initiatives (training, HRIS, talent management, mobility, etc.).
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven HR generalist experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of an international HR network.
