Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our Data Centres TA team and support our Talent Acquisition Strategy through direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
Key Responsibilities- Identify high-quality candidates for roles across the UK and globally.
- Source candidates using social media, job boards, headhunting, and networking.
- Manage and coordinate candidate interviews across global time zones.
- Prepare candidates for interviews with job descriptions and company information.
- Maintain excellent relationships with potential candidates.
- Create and optimize job adverts, ensuring compliance with our Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
- Conduct CV screening and filtering using the applicant tracking system (eploy).
- Ensure compliance with company hiring guidelines and Equal Opportunities legislation.
- Assist in developing recruitment initiatives and improving the applicant tracking system.
- Proven track record of sourcing talent across a diverse workforce.
- Experience working within the Infrastructure, Construction or Energy sectors, having recruited for one or more of the following disciplines:
Cost Management, Project Management and Project Controls & Planning. - Proven experience identifying and sourcing candidates via Linked In, ideally Linked In Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality.
- Experience in professional services and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Strong skills in developing talent pipelines and delivering quality sourcing solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, professional manner with the ability to work to deadlines.
