We are excited to offer a great opportunity for a motivated and team-oriented recruitment professional to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

As part of our team in Nottingham, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the individuals who shape our company’s future. You'll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders, providing expert guidance and insights throughout the recruitment process. Whether it's sourcing candidates, managing end-to-end hiring, or supporting strategic talent mapping and workforce planning, your work will be valued and visible.

Your Duties Will Include
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions, ensuring a seamless process from job posting to candidate placement
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and anticipate on-going needs for seasonal uplifts
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, suitability and cultural fit
  • Ensure a strong candidate pipeline by managing talent pools for recurring roles
  • Coordinate and manage candidate on boarding, ensuring all admin, compliance and legal requirements are met
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with recruitment objectives
  • Utilise recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment, adapting quickly to change
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Food Manufacturing, FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and compliance
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
