Role: HR Advisor - 9 Month FTC
Salary:
Up to £35,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance (pro rata)
Location:
Remote with Travel
- Provide a comprehensive advisory service per the organisation’s SLA to managers and employees, ensuring best practice in staff management and compliance with employment law.
- Support, influence and guide managers on all HR matters aligned with business objectives.
- Assist, guide and coach Operations and Service managers with HR/ER queries, ensuring compliance with policies and consistent application.
- Maintain up‑to‑date employment‑law knowledge.
- Mitigate risks to the organisation and appropriately escalade issues.
- Maintain visibility in the business, including site visits where necessary.
- Conduct management visits and provide required HR support.
- Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
- Support the Head of People with ACAS and employment Tribunal claims.
- Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover, benefits, surveys) to identify trends and provide solutions.
- Support the HR Administration team with statistical reporting.
- Create, develop and facilitate HR training courses as needed.
- Continuously learn and develop to support personal and organisational growth.

- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Experience working in a busy HR function / department and excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience advising managers on employee relations and implementing HR policies.
- Experience compiling HR statistics and producing reports.
- Up‑to‑date comprehensive knowledge of HR practice, concepts and themes, including employment law and employee relations issues.
