Assistant Food and Beverage Manager - CP Nottingham

Salary: £30,000 per annum + service charge. 40 hours per week (5 days).
A strong leader with interpersonal and training skills, a good communicator who is service-oriented with an eye for detail, and a team player and motivator is required. You will have experience of implementing and maintaining control measures to ensure food and beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.
- Participate in departmental meetings to review progress toward business plan goals.
- Daily management of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service.
- Plan, organise and direct the overall Food and Beverage operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet.
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service.
- Ensure clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager.

- Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
