Job Summary
As our Cook, you'll lead the day-to-day catering operations, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, delicious meals tailored to their preferences and dietary needs.
Responsibilities- Planning and preparing meals that meet residents' nutritional needs.
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.
- Managing stock, food orders, and kitchen equipment.
- Supporting kitchen assistants and volunteers.
- Cooking for special occasions and cultural celebrations.
- Have experience in hospitality or catering.
- Can prepare meals for large groups.
- Are organised, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Understand the importance of nutrition for older adults.
- Can work flexibly and maintain high hygiene standards.
