Position: Complex Care Nurse Needed Contract, Temporary, Part Time)
Daytime Homecare is excited to recruit experienced Complex Care Nurses to support clients in Nottingham and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver safe and effective complex clinical care in home or community settings

* Manage and deliver care for patients with complex medical needs

* Follow and contribute to personalised care plans

* Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams

* Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold professional standards

Essential Skills & Clinical Competencies

* Tracheostomy care (including suctioning and emergency management)

* PEG feeding and enteral nutrition management

* Ventilation support (invasive and/or non-invasive)

* Catheter care

* Medication administration (oral, enteral, and injectable)

* Seizure management

* Pressure area care and skin integrity management

* Monitoring vital signs and recognising clinical deterioration

Requirements

* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN

* Proven experience in complex care nursing

* Ability to work independently in community or home-care settings

* Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Right to work in the UK
